At Oasis Home Essentials, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a various return window on eligible items.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Return

  • Contact our customer service at info@oasishomeessentials.ca to initiate a return request.
  • Please include your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and any required instructions.
  • Returns must be shipped back in original packaging.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exceptions

  • Artisan Furniture and custom-made items are subject to different return policies. Please refer below for Artisan Furniture return and refund policy and to individual product pages for specific return instructions.

Artisan Furniture Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Eligibility

Certain products may not be eligible for return (e.g., custom or made-to-order items like Artisan Furniture). Due to the handmade nature of our products and fulfillment through Artisan Furniture Canada:

  • Returns are accepted only for:
    • Transit damage during delivery
    • Manufacturing defects
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Change of mind
    • Natural variations in wood, texture, finish, or size
    • Incorrect measurements or ordering errors by the customer
    • Custom or bespoke items that are already in production or have been shipped

Return Request Timeframe

  • To be eligible for a return, you must report the issue within 2 business days of delivery.
  • Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted due to our supplier’s policies.

How to Report a Damaged or Defective Item

To initiate a claim, please contact us info@oasishomeessentials.ca or with phone number:+15874438774:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the damaged or defective area(s) and the original packaging, including any visible damage to the box
  3. A brief description of the issue

Once your claim is received, we will coordinate with Artisan Furniture Canada and respond within 3–5 business days.


Resolutions for Approved Claims

If your return is approved, one of the following solutions may be offered:

  • Replacement item
  • Partial refund or store credit
  • Full refund (if the item is irreparably damaged)
  • Repair or reimbursement for repair costs (if applicable)

Important: All approved returns must be collected from the original delivery address. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.


Important Notes for Artisan Furniture

  1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
  2. Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  3. All sales are final  for Artisan Furniture unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  4. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or returned unless damaged during shipping.

Handmade Product Variations

All of our furniture is handcrafted by skilled artisans, so each piece is unique. Natural variations are not defects, but part of the charm and authenticity of artisan craftsmanship. Acceptable variations may include:

  • Differences in wood grain, color, or texture
  • Minor knots or filler marks
  • Slight dimensional differences
  • Non-exact matching between similar pieces
