Oasis Home Essentials Terms of Service

Welcome to Oasis Home Essentials. We offer a curated range of home essentials, including artisan furniture and lifestyle products. All items are drop shipped from trusted partners, including Artisan Furniture Canada and DSers. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Order Acceptance

  • When you place an order, it becomes a binding contract between you and Oasis Home Essentials.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
  • Please ensure all order details, including shipping information, are accurate.

2. Product Fulfillment

  • All products are dropshipped from our suppliers. Some items are fulfilled by Artisan Furniture Canada (artisan or handcrafted furniture), while others are fulfilled via DSers (home essentials and décor).

  • Shipping times vary depending on the supplier and product type:

  • Artisan items: 3-5 days 
  • DSers items: 3–14 business days
  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

3. Product Variations

  • Slight differences in color, texture, or size may occur due to natural materials or supplier variations. These are normal and not considered defects.

4. Returns, Damages, and Defects

Artisan furniture

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
  • Returns due to change of mind, ordering errors, or natural variations are not accepted.
  • DSERS Fulfillment 
  • Returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days for all products.

To report damaged or defective items for Artisan Furniture

  • Notify us within 2 business days of delivery and provide:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective area(s) and original packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

To report damaged or defective items for DSERS

  • You have a 30 day to notify us of any defect or damage.

Resolution:

  • We will coordinate with the respective supplier (Artisan Furniture Canada or DSers) to provide:

  • Replacement item
  • Full or partial refund
  • Repair or reimbursement for repair costs (if applicable)
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • All approved returns must be in their original packaging and will be collected from the delivery address provided.

5. Pricing & Taxes

  • Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes (GST/HST), which are calculated at checkout.

  • Prices may change without notice; however, once your order is confirmed, pricing is locked in.

6. Liability

  • Oasis Home Essentials and its dropshipping partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to:

  • Defective goods
  • Shipping delays
  • Improper use of products

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery locations are accessible and assistance is available if required.

7. Force Majeure

  • Unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics) may impact fulfillment.

  • During such force majeure events, obligations may be suspended without liability.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.

  • By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of Alberta courts for any disputes arising from your purchase.

10. Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Oasis Home Essentials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Our goal is to provide high-quality dropshipped home essentials with transparency and exceptional service.
